Howto: Blank screen on server

Im planning to use RealVNC to manage (Windows 98) Workstations on our
network. Currently this works correctly, but users are scared by the
sudden moving of the mouse. Is there a way to setup a blank screen (maybe
with a text) on the server, when the system is remotely controlled?

I only use Windows systems with RealVNC. I have the source code of RealVNC
but I cant find a sollution at the moment. Can anyone help me?
