Win98SE and beta4

Operator (Andy Thomson) info "at" gms.bucks.sch.uk

I have tried that twice and all I get is  `vnc password len=8` 
displayed in the DOS window where I run winvnc4 -log .... as below. I 
have looked in the program directory and c:\temp and no log files are 
produced. What am I doing wrong?
