Hello,

I searched the information on your site and I was unable to find a answer to my problem. I know part of this has been beaten to death but I think mine is a little diffrent.

I have 2 computers running VNC server on my parents small network. I can connect to whatever computer I have port 5900 set to ( It does not matter which computer, I can set it to computer 1 and I will be able to connect, I can set it to computer 2 and I can connect) but when I try to connect to the computer setup for 5901 I cant connect, no matter which computer it is.

Both computers have Static Ip's

192.168.1.101 and 102

I have my router currently setup to 5900-5900 -- 192.168.1.101 and 5901-5901 -- 192.168.1.102

If I put in the VNC viewer <wanIP>:0 I will connect to 101 ( or which ever is set for 5900 ) if I put in < wanIP>:1 I will get server not available. ( This should take me to 102 or whichever I have setup for 5901 ).

I have a lynksys router, and I disabled DHCP as some people sugested in some other information.

I searched for 2 days in Faq's, Troubleshooting, and the search sections and cant seem to get this resolved.

Thanks for any advice you can give.

Keith
