Mouse Doublclick Not Working on XP Pro

From the client, using the latest Beta version, DoubleClick doesn't open
folders or programs. When I went into the Mouse settings and tested the
DoubleClick there, it DID seem to work. The server is running on a Win2K Pro
machine.
