changing password

We use VNC for help desk support.  A support person is changing 
departments and we need to change the password on each PC.  This 
will be time consuming.  Looking for a way to use a domain user 
accounts password, have VNC check with the domain controller for 
a specific user, "vncadminuser" to allow for connection??????
