VNC viewer for windows CE 2.11

Hi, I own a Compas Aero 2100 PDA , (windows CE 2.11) I got it as a gift from family... It came with a cradle , that connects to my computer (running windows XP) , with a COM Cable now  Can I use VNC to controll the computer with the AERO PDA ?? and where can I find a VNC Viewer version, that will run on Windows CE 2.11  All help is welcome if anybody knows any other software that could to this , that is welcome too , i'm open to all suggestions  I just want it to do basic stuff ... starting up IE .. etc...
