Viewer (vs 3.3.7) crashes

I4m using version 3.3.7 of both the Viewer and the server in Windows
computers (Windows 2000, 2000 Server and Win XP Professional). My computers
are also behind Linksys Cable/DSL Routers (NAT firewalls), configured to
allow traffic through TCP Port 5910 and direct it to a specific computer
(specific internal IP address). Once I load the Viewer and establish
connection with a remote computer, I get disconnected randomly (after a few
seconds... after a few minutes). I connect via ADSL (768 Kb connection)...

I logged a typical session, where I get disconnected, and got this:
Connected to clinicamorales.com port 5910
RFB server supports protocol version 3.3
Connected to RFB server, using protocol version 3.3
VNC authentication succeeded
Desktop name "brooklyn"
rdr::Exception: rdr::Exception: ZlibInStream: inflate failed

I also tried using the JAVA applet, and I got disconnected and received the
following error message:

"java.io.IOException: Framebuffer update rectangle too large: 32x11825 at
(122,145)

Can you help me? Please advise.
