Connect to other PC via internet dial up connection

Dear the Expert,
at my office, I have install vnc server on a windows machine (PC. A) that is
connected to internet via dial up connection,  and there is a computer at
the ther city (PC. B) also connected to internet via dial up connection,
from PC A how can I access to PC B from internet using vnc? or from PC B how
can I access to PC A using vnc? ..
any idea and or suggestion would be greatly appreciated and many thanks in
advance
