"tabbed" console with vnc

hi,

I have a problem with my vnc server, again.
This time VNC is launched fine, connected fine, BUT

when I launch a console, I have it with tabs between each words and a 
strange behaviour.
It's the same thing with a MacOSX viewer, or a Win viewer.
The problem does not appear when connect locally on the machine.
I use KDE. and the problem does not appear when I launch application. 
It's only with terminal and console.


Does anyone got an idea of what I can do to deal with that ?
