nt question, and internet

I am able to get into one of my NT servers when it is logged out but the other
I can't. I can get into it when it is logged in, and the service is running
and I have the icon in the tray, what else could be wrong? Help! Oh, and how
do you do it over the web, I tried it and it did not work, say you have a pc
labeled clone and its number is 12345. How do you enter it in. Doesn't
Explorer have java in it to view a vnc connection or do you have to install
java?
