In that case you need to look at the Advanced Options section about the
AllowLoopback registry entry:

That being said, this will not let you do much, because the Microsoft
Windows version of VNC can only display what is on the screen, so you will
get a window with a "mirroring" effect until your machine most likely
crashes (I believe it was LinuxJournal that had a good screen shot of
this, but it must not be on-line yet).  This is the reason it is normally
disabled.  It is normally used with some form of secure tunneling because
the connections appear to come from localhost.
