Log directory patch for XVNC

Now everyone who runs VNC servers from Inetd or Xinetd can get errors logged 
without having to run VNC as Root. I have added a parameter to XVNC so that a 
log directory can be specified on the command line. XVNC will create its log 
files in this directory just like it otherwise would in /usr/adm - one file 
per display number. The patch is available at 
http://w1.703.telia.com/~u70313881/VNC/. I have only tested it on Redhat 7.2, 
but I have no reason to think it wouldn't work on other systems.

I added a description of the new parameter to the manual page. Currently the 
patched manual page looks like Tristan Richardson has written it all. Should
