Updated RealVNC depots for HP-UX (PA & IPF)

Having recently gained access to an Itanium 2 HP-UX 11.22 system, I've
been able to complete a native build of VNC. (FWIW, the previous PA-RISC
build seemed to run fine via the emulation layer.)

I've updated both builds to include what I believe to be a real fix for the
font-caching abort (thought I don't exactly understand why). I also made a
slight change to the default vncserver session to fix a problem with the
CDE mail client (dtmail).

The FTP server that I used previously is down indefinately, so I've moved
the depot images to a non-anonymous FTP server, hprc.external.hp.com.
The username & password are both "vnc". I'm not sure yet if this move
will be temporary or not.
