Screen resolution

I just started using VNC and I'm have a bit of a problem.  First let me
say I'm using the windows version and we run a combination of NT, W2K,
and XP.  When I connect to a machine that has the same resolution as my
workstation I cannot see the taskbar of the remote.  The only way for me
to see it is too move the window as far to the top of the screen as
possible and then make the window bigger by stretching it as far as it
will go to the bottom.  Even doing this I can only see a portion of the
taskbar. This doesn't happen on remotes that are running a different
resolution as my workstation.  Is there a way to fix this so I can see
the whole screen?
