Troubles to connect

Hi,
I run here VNC v3.3.7 on to machines each with W2k SP3, one behind a
USR8000 v1.25 and the other one behind a USR8000-02 v2.5.
I can access the one behind the USR8000-02, but nit vice versa.
Gotomyvnc.com tells me, that both settings are fine.
When I try to connect to the one behind USR8000 I get prompted for the
password (which imho means that I am connected), then the string "initial
screen" flashes shortly and then it dies.
Hardware is the same on both sides, firewall settings are the same as well.
Any ideas?
