VNC on Windows 2000 Professional.

I want to use VNC to monitor a remote WIN 2000 Professional machine over a 
telephone line. 

In addition to putting VNC Server on this machine, as I want to be able to 
view the machine at a time of my choosing, I presume I need to install RAS 
to get access to this PC over the telephone line in the first place. 

I know RAS comes automatically with Windows 2000 Server - 
but is it possible to get it for Windows 2000 Professional.
