Hi Steve:

Try setting ports 5500 and 5800 also, setting the forwarding to the private
IP at the router NAPT configuration.

You should know wich public ip have been asigned to you each time, so maybe
can help surfing to the clasical web that says: "your ip is.." and then use
this ip in the viewer to test it.
