why two passwords

Hi all:

Please, can somebody explain to me why do we have two passwords, the default
one and the user one?.

What can we do if instaling the server  the installer don4t ask us to set the
password,

can we do it after the instalation is finished at the Current User
Properties?.

What happens then with the default password, what is this one for?

Wich one is the one we need to write down at the viewer app to make the
connection?
