RedHat 7.3 install from RPM?

Hm..
I just installed the 3.3.7 RPM for VNC on RedHat 7.3. I've previously used
tight-vnc, which installs the /etc/services/vncservers file and the
/etc/init.d/vncserver startup script, but I don't see either of these from
the RPM installation.
I checked the docs at http://www.realvnc.com/gettingstarted.html#4, which is
supposed to document running a Unix server, but they only give the command
line. I also checked the FAQ, and I didn't see anything about these files
there, either.
Now, I can try to copy my init scripts from another machine running
tight-vnc, but why aren't these files installed by default?
Just had a thought...in tight-vnc, you define which ports are allowed for
which log in. Is this different for RealVNC?
Thanks,
Ben
