I am having an intermittent problem

[Vandenberg, Bob]

Occasionally on one of the machines that I use VNC on (Windows NT 4.0  SP6a)
I get a Dr Watson error that hoses any connectivity to that box.  It also
takes down all other VNC connections that are open at the same time.  I can
open the other connections but once I try to connect back to that box, it
takes VNC down again.  
 
The Dr Watson error received is:
 
Exception: access violation (oXc000005), Address 0x00403915
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
