numlock

I'm having an odd problem with the number pad and arrow keys.
It seems that I only have one *or* the other and I can't find
anything that will identify why. Also, whichever I do have,
the other emulates.

ex: On connection A, the number pad works fine, the left
arrow key gives me the character 4, the right arrow key gives
me 6, etc. toggling numlock has no effect.

i am currently using WinVNC version 3.3.7 (RealVNC download)
on win2k and winXPpro systems.

does anyone have any suggestions or fixes for this?
