Isn't that what "Poll Foreground Window" is for in WinVNC is for? Unix on
the other hand doesn't have this type of update handling that I know of.
Using Ctrl+C would cause problems for a number of things (break in Unix,
break in DOS, Copy in Windows.....).
All computers wait at the same speed
