can not specify pwd

Hi,

I downloaded the newest vnc-3.3.4-x86_win32 on windows xp (my office pc) and 
windowd 2000(my home pc). I did not get prompted for choosing password during 
installation. when the servers run, under the "accept socket connections", I 
saw some default password. However, I don't know what it is and more important, 
I can't change them -- so I can't access my pcs remotely with viwer because I 
don't know the password.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
