I use VNC top support many customers, you can use Terminal Services to get to
your server or one of your computers, then use VNC to get to the local users
via IP name.
I also have used routing to a specific computer, but the best way is to get
to one of the computer, server or workstation then go another level down
using that computers VNC viewer or explorer. Works just fine.
I use it while on the road. I do a local dial-in on AOL, then use the IP
connection to get to my computer at home, which has authority to get the rest
of the world, via VNC or modem or what ever.
