I have deleted the reg. key HKLM/software/microsoft/windows/current version/run/winvnc This deletes the vnc icon from the taskbar. I then move the tightVNC folder from the "All users" section of the start menu to the "Administrators" section. This way, only admin's can access tightVNC settings or use the program.
