Add many clients with a command line

Hi,

Concern : VNC for Windows

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to add many new clients
(running vncviewer in listening mode) from a  vncserver without
having to invoke the "Add new client" menu each time ?

(liste of IP address as a parameter of a command or something like that
...)

It would be even greater if that could be done from a vncsever running as a
service.
