Windows 2k Server cannot load msgina.dll after botched 3.3.4 install

I am running Win2k Server on one of my machines.  It had 3.3.3R9
installed.  Now, I know I should have done this differently, but I
installed 3.3.4 over the existing 3.3.3R9 without first UN-installing
the older version.  To make things worse, I did the 3.3.4 install
remotely!
 
Now the server cannot load the user logon DLL.  On reboot it shows an
error message that says something like "Cannot load msgina.dll, etc."
The services on the machine seem to be running, but I cannot log in to
fix the problem.  Help!
