Can't figure out RoadRunner IP address

Hi:

Any help is greatly appreciated.  I set up the "TightVNC" software at my
office which connects to the internet through a router and DSL modem into
Birch.net.  I also set it up at home through a router then Cable Modem into
Time Warner RoadRunner.  From home I have no problem finding my work
computer because I have the IP address (it was received in an e-mail from
your administrator).  I can't get to my home computer from work as I am not
having luck determining the correct IP address of the Road Runner ISP that
serves my connection.  I traced the route from the office and tried the last
IP address in the path and it won't work. Any ideas?
