HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ORL\VNCviewer\MRU

The above key is where the data is stored.  I have been able to prevent the recording of previous connections by editing the permissions on the key to fit my wishes of who should be able to read the values.  If you want it turned off across the board, just remove all permissions to the MRU key.

keeping the list of previously attached servers?
