Service on Win2k AdvS not responding

Hi group,

I've set up a new Win2k advanced server as domain controller.
Also installed Terminal Services.

Then I set up VNC 3.3.4. and installed it as service.
 (installation under 'administrator', directly - no Terminal services).

The service asks for a password and then .... NOTHING.

I tried the application mode. This only works if I logged in with the Terminal Services. But then it is OK.

The VNC-service logo does not appear when I run the service.

Are there any installation/configuration traps ?
