connectiong to ADSL computers

Hi again, I believe I need to be more specific. so here I am

At my office I have 7 computers using Windows 98 SE, the local network is
using netBeui to comunicate with other computers. TCP/IP is installed on all
computers with a dinamic IP(10.0.0.x)
The internet is ADSL. We don't have an internet server all the computers are
plugged in the Switch and the ADSL Modem (ROUTER) is also plugged in the
Switch.

how can I use VNC, at home, in all this computers.
