Router help

So I have a Stinksys router and have ports forwarded like this
192.168.1.100 = 5900    My Comp
192.168.1.102 = 5901	Other comp

When I try to connect from my DSL line at work to my home comp I get an
error connection failed.
This is what im typing
64.130.xxx.xx:5900
This should get me to My Comp at home.
Im sure I have the port forwarding correct on the router.  Waht do you guys
think?

Another prob I have is when I connect to my VPN from home and try to connect
to my Main system at work I get the password box and ,I enter the password
and nothing happens. If Im getting the password box ;does that mean its
seeing my system??
Im kind of new to networking and I have used Pc Anywhere and I prefer VNC.
Id like to get this to work. Any Ideas will be helpful.
