Different file size when recompiling the 3.3.5 server!?

Hallo!

I've downloaded the realvnc 3.3.5 binary (installer) and source code today. 
I installed the new vnc version and then compiled the server from the source 
package (<- release) but the files "omnithread2_rt.dll", "vnchooks.dll" and 
"winvnc.exe" are each about 20KB larger than the files installed with the 
binary version. What's the difference between these files? This does NOT 
happen with realvnc 3.3.4!

Am I missing something?

I'm using Win2k SP3 and VS6 SP5.
