AllowEditClients

Hi,

I've added the following option  in the registery AllowEditClients and set it to 0. However the host PC, can still click on the icon in
the task bar, and add a client, or kill all clients. I didn't think it allowed this.  I did set it under
HKLM\software\orl\winvnc3\default. Should it have been HKCU\software\orl\winvnc3\default? I thought it could be set machine specific.
