removing shortcuts

I'm using fastpush from www.darkage.co.uk, and I installed vnc on 10 users PC (as a small test, we have another 200 to install to) but
I forgot to turn the shortcuts off, so now they all have a vnc folder under the start menu. Is there a way of removing all the
shortcuts remotely using a script? I've tried "vnc machine /remove /user username password" (and then re-installing with shortcuts off)
but it doesn't remove the shortcuts and icons.
