Restart and password problems

Kelly,

A possible reason for the password prompt is as follows:  Check to see if
the  password in "Current User Properties"  incoming connections -
password,  is set to blank.  If it is you need to key in a password there.

The other problem may be resolved by installing the VNC Service. To do this
go to Start, Programs, WinVNC , administration, install VNC service.

I am using 3.3.3 R 9 and am having several problems. I install winvnc and
every time I restart the computer, I am prompted to enter the password. The
other problem is that I am unable to reboot a remote server due to not
being
able to get back in using vnc. This only happens when restarting. Any ideas
what may be causing this. We are on Nt and 2000.
