By default, the vncserver starts Xvnc with all X11 security on. The most
easy way is just disable all this security in vncserver. It's a perl script
which you can edit. To avoid all X11 security, also add the -ac option to
Xvnc.

If you need X11 security, you should have xauth available on your system. I
think it is not in your $PATH. Try to find it and ad it's directory to your
$PATH.
