Yes but not using vnc. Depending on the local and remote machine type I see
some options (all regarding network printing)

Unix Xvnc -- Unix viewer: Have your network printers properly configured and
off you go. A local printer can be defined as a network printer on the local
macine and used by the remote machine.

Winvncserver -- Winvncviewer: Share the printer you want to use on the
machine where it is available and use the shared printer on the other
machine.

Unix -- Window$ mix: use samba at the unix side and sharing/mapping on the
window$ side.
