Vnc and the cut and paste clipboard

I have to partially retract the above statement.  Last time I tried
pasting with Shift-Insert in Win2000, it worked.  Why it didn't work
earlier, I don't know.  I think I rebooted between when it didn't work and
when it did work, so I guess it's a Windows problem.
