need local loop-back connections

Hi,

I need to open loop-back connections to my vnc-service on a winNT 4 
Server - machine.

I created a new registry-DWORD 'AllowLoopback' with the value 
'0x00000001 (1)'. Path ist 
'Arbeitsplatz\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\Default'.

Unfortunately it doesn't work. Any ideas why not / what I did wrong ?
