Ooops, the server appears to have crashed. Unfortunately I cannot fix this 
until tomorrow morning since the server is located in my office at work (and 
I am currently located at home). It should be up and running tomorrow, 
though.

Also, really big thanks for all the nice reactions I have gotten in personal 
e-mails!
