Another firewall issue

I am behind a TIGHT state firewall. I got them to open up port 80 to a
static IP that is mapped to a local IP. am I going to be able to make
vnc work with only that one port open, or is there going to have to be
another one opened??  And if so, can I have it use like 80 and 21 (ports
that I can trick them into opening for me).?
