vncviewer and window size

VNCViewer defaults to the server window window size. You can scale the 
result by using /scale x/y where x & y are integers and specify the 
fraction by which you want to scale the display, e.g. /scale 3/4 will 
make the display three quarters (or 75%) of its original size.
