Xvnc server not working

hey there...i have a problem in installing the vnc server on solrais 
2.5....the viewer works but the vnc server isnt working..whenever i type 
vncserver in the command line...it says: command not found...what am i doing 
wrong?...i would be grateful if anyone helped me with that.. in the FAQ 
something is written about perl scripts and i dont think solaris has a 
default perl script....anyways waiting for ur answer... thank you
