KDE Set As Default WM

Hello all,

I have 2 questions:

1) Can someone please tell me how to set KDE as my default WM for all
vncviewer sessions?  I assume that it has to do with the .vnc/xstartup
script.  I tried modifying the script by replacing "twm" with "kde" and
"kdewm" but of course those attempts failed.

2) How do I set my vncserver to automatically start on bootup?

Any help or pointers with these, would be greatly appreciated!
