Remote window keeps closing automatically...PLEASE HELP!!!

My problem was that the server dies.  Ie the service terminates and
I cant reconnect. I have to svrmgr (or compmgmt.msc on XP) and restart
the service remotely, then try again.

seems ok now...

 Yes....It is running as a service on the DIVX Box.

David,
What do you mean by dies..?
Are you experiencing the same problem as I am?
