My Keystrokes & mouse donot work on login screens

Hi

I have developed an application like VNC in VC++ which works fine when the 
user is logged on, I can open applications, write, do anything with Remote 
Desktop.

I am starting my server as a service.
The problem is that i am not able to login to that server at login screens 
because my keyboard & mouse clicks do not work at that time.

If anyone of u can help me out, that will be really great.
