Hello,
The only thing I know about win200 ' built in firewall '  is:

Start -> Settings -> Network & Dial-up -> "Your Connection"
Highlight TCP/IP, Properties Button, Advanced Button (lower left),
then options tab at the top. From there you can run IPSec & TCP/IP filtering.
