Primitive Questions

Please give me answers to the following primitive questions, because I do
not have enough vocabulary to read "documentation" section.

1   Should the server machine be always powered on, if I want to view it
from remote viewer?
2   Should the server be always connected to web, if I want to view it from
remote viewer?
3   What would happen if the server becomes sleeping mode?
4   Can I operate server applications, files and/or settings, from viwer?
5   Can I down-load the server files to viwer, assuming equal applicatin is
installed?
6   Or, Can I print the server files directly from the image screen, at the
viwer environment?
7   Is VNC good for WINDOWS-XP?
