That isn't the same thing as hiding the icon; personally, I recommend using reshacker to remove the exit and properties items from the icon menu in WinVNC.exe - that way, you still have the tray icon (so they can see if someone is connected) and they still have kill-all-clients, but they don't have the ability to change the password or kill out the icon. If you don't like them having kill-all-clients, remove that too and leave just the about box :)
